At Blackman Recruitment, the safety of our temporary staff is our top priority. We firmly believe that no job is worth endangering lives, whether it's yours or others'.

 

Our unwavering commitment to safety means that every assignment adheres strictly to safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for everyone involved.

 

• No matter the size or nature of the incident, we encourage prompt reporting.

• Any incidents requiring medical treatment, ambulance transport, or similar must be reported immediately.

• All incidents, including near misses, should be reported within 24 hours once the area is secure and the individual is out of harm's way.

• We value open and transparent communication to ensure full compliance with safety standards and all personal.
